For Adding or Removing items from your order, you have to contact the customer care team, they will help you add or remove the product as per your need.

What Are The Delivery Slots?
We have two delivery slot, It is from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, if you want to schedule it for other time, you can let us know by email us at sales@freshaisle.in
What do I do If an item is Defective?
If you find the item to be defective or damaged, you can write us at sales@freshaisle.in and we will have it replaced or issue a gift card accordingly.
How will I get my back in case of a cancellation or return?

Delivery time depends on the Pincode, You will get to know the delivery time frame at the time of checkout

Yes we do provide same day delivery to a number of Pincodes, You will get to know about the same at the time of checkout
What is the minimum order for Delivery?
There is no minimum order, However we charge a Delivery fee depending on your pincode
How Much are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges are range from Rs. 35/- to Rs. 100/-, it depends on the delivery location, you will get the details about the delivery charge at the time of checkout
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent to you. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end
