Freshos potato flakes are prepared from hand-picked potatoes. The selected potatoes are dehydrated, cooked, and mashed. The mashed potatoes are then transferred to the surface of a drum where rollers are used for crushing them. The mashed potatoes are then dried and the dried parts are scraped the drum once they reach the desired humidity level.
